We mentor and coach managers and staff members of various outlets to effectively handle customer issues. Managing all health and safety protocols is also part of our duty. We train ambassadors to courteously welcome customers and provide the required information. Working as Directors of Food and Beverage, we are also responsible for managing labor and other costs. Finally, we ensure staff maintains a clean working environment for optimal working.
