About Director OF Government Relations

What does a Director OF Government Relations do?

As Directors of Government Relations, we are responsible for managing the organization's policies and programs pertaining to its relationship with the government at the federal, state, and local levels and its relevant agencies. We ensure the constant and consistent harmonious relationship between the firm and the government (and agencies). We help design the company's corporate strategies, policies, and plans that are consistent with the laws and dictates of the law by the government. All of the firm's legislative and regulatory aspects are part of our responsibility to see that there are no infringements against the government.

Core tasks:

  • development and maintenance of an effective relationship with the government
  • design strategies and policies for the government following the laid down rules of the land
  • carry out research and analysis on all federal, state, and local corporate laws
  • participate in all trade association activities
