Establishing positive relationships with guests and vendors is also a part of our duty. We handle all guest communications in a professional manner. Working as Directors of Housekeeping, we are responsible for resolving all guest complaints using the guest opportunity process. We attend safety and other training meetings as required. Finally, we ensure that reporting of all lost and found items is following hotel standards.
