About Director OF Network Operations

What does a Director OF Network Operations do?

As the Directors of Network Operations, we are responsible for the network's availability, overall performance, network analysis and recommendation of upgrades, and assessment of the organization's current and future network needs. We manage a team within a broader departmental function and create functional strategies and goals for the team. As Network Operations Directors, we design and develop budget policies that support the functional infrastructure.

Core tasks:

  • supervision and overseeing of project work and administration of modified systems for better product
  • design and execute annual strategies and reveal the department's goals
  • manage subordinate staff in the daily performance of their work
  • design, formulate and supervise IT-enabled business projects for the network operations
