About Director OF Professional Services

What does a Director OF Professional Services do?

As Directors of Professional Services, we are responsible for identifying problems in company processes and systems, overseeing implementation projects, and establishing strategic plans. We execute process improvements and collaborate with the management teams. We recruit and grow professional services organizations within the territory. Directing and managing staff productivity on customer engagements is one of our main responsibilities. We manage financial issues and key metrics and provide continuous feedback to consultants. Working as Directors of Professional Services, we support the growth of consultants and implement vertical corporate initiatives. We also manage profit and loss issues for organizations.
