In the role of director of project management, we lead the project management office of a (usually large) organization. Our aim is to provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to project managers and drive improvements related to delivery and client relationships. We propose and build scalable processes and systems, we identify areas of collaboration, and we communicate and collaborate with other management groups. We are part of the company’s executive team.
