What does a Director OF Rooms do?

Operating as Directors OF Rooms, we are responsible for managing all rooms departments. We are able to establish the budget and marketing plans. Our goal is to work in developing standards and operating procedures. We are capable of planning for the short and long term. We have to attend the MOD program. In the role of Director OF Rooms, our primary goal is to teach all employees about the service standards and procedures. We are capable of giving direction to staff. We have to manage all aspects of the front office computer system. We have to make sure about the overall guest satisfaction.
