What does a Director of Sales and Marketing do?

As Directors of Sales and Marketing, we are responsible for overseeing an organization’s sales and marketing programs. We develop effective sales and marketing objectives, establish sales territories and quotas, monitor budgets, and evaluate sales performance. We monitor and develop marketing programs and materials, including the advertisement, event support, and promotions. Developing, implementing, and managing the marketing strategy and liaising with digital marketing agencies is part of our daily responsibilities. We plan and implement marketing and lead generation campaigns. Working as Directors of Sales and Marketing, we create and manage the sales and marketing activities of a company. We also prepare sales reports on marketing communications and other operations.
