As Directors OF Sales, we are tasked with supervising the sales departments and monitor their efficiency and turnover to ensure that they comply with the departmental voice and tone. We also ensure that employees achieve their sales goals and objectives and schedule further training with exterior agencies and vendors to keep a competitive edge. We give promotions and raise to the best performing sellers and fire or discipline salespeople that are below their quotas.
