What does a Director OF SEO do?

In the role of Director of SEO (search engine optimization), we are responsible for developing and leading organic search and optimization efforts for our organization’s website(s). We audit the website for search engine accessibility, identify areas for improvement and execute on them. We conduct keyword analysis, and manage rankings. We establish SEO strategies and guidelines and integrate them into product roadmaps. We act as a subject matter expert organization-wide.
