As Directors of Strategic Accounts, we are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. We achieve sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives by creating feasible and profitable long-term goals for companies. We present reports and discuss findings with management to identify the organization’s purpose. Establishing productive and professional relationships with personnel in assigned customer accounts is part of our daily responsibilities. We coordinate the involvement of company personnel and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume. Working as Directors of Strategic Accounts, we assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on regular basis. We also lead solution development efforts to address customer needs.
