As the Director of Talent Acquisition, we design, develop and formulate the organization's recruiting strategies and deal with the management of the recruiting team, identify the talented candidates, and oversee the company's recruitment efforts through sourcing of applicants to their hiring. Our main goal as Talent Acquisition Directors is to contribute to the development of the organization by hiring qualified and top-class candidates.

  • designing and developing reliable talent strategies that satisfy the company's hiring needs
  • leading the sourcing strategies of a company
  • implementing employer branding activities (both online and offline)
  • preparation and reviewing of the company's annual recruitment budget
