About Director OF Training

What does a Director OF Training do?

As Directors of Training, we are responsible for directing the team to develop, facilitate, and manage training programs aligned with organizational strategic targets. We conduct analyses and assessments to determine the training needs of employees. We also prioritize training team resources as required. Collaborating with training vendors and internal employees to develop and deliver training is also part of our duty. We coordinate with other departments to resolve training issues and problems. We also oversee and evaluate the progress of training specialists. Working as Directors oF Training, we are responsible for defining training KPIs such as tracking and reporting performance metrics. Finally, we remain current with market trends to introduce developments and best practices.

  • building teams by hiring, developing, and evaluating their performances
