We- the directors of underwriting, are responsible for managing and supervising the insurance agencies. Our job role requires us to frame a set of policies, rules and regulations for the efficient running of insurance departments. Along with all these roles, we work closely with government personnel and staff to send and receive messages. As the underwriting directors, our job also requires us to supervise the staff and question them on the rejection of a specific application. We are also in charge of hiring and firing staff.
