As a Director you provide operational and strategic leadership to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate Patient Financial Services functions to support the overall financial goals of our clients. This will be accomplished through leading and directing the billing office staff on all aspects of strategic accounts receivable management, alongside implementing operational policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure successful client outcomes.

About Client Services

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 7 years of patient financial services, medical revenue cycle department or health care information technology work experience
• At least 5 years of people management work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)

Expectations

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Odessa, TX area or must currently reside in a previously approved virtual location
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required

Additional Information
