Want to work at a company that punishes you for doing well? Well, Discount Labels is a good example of that. I was trained to do multiple tasks, but instead of being paid for being able to fulfill multiple roles in the company, I was paid the same amount as someone who couldn't make quota.
Pros and Cons
Good Amount of Paid Vacation
Poor Insurance, No 401K plan, no incentive to succeed past expectations
