As Dishwashers, we work to take on some supportive kitchen and janitorial tasks. We are responsible for washing dishes, bussing tables, emptying trash receptacles and appliances, and restocking items. Performing other tasks to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas is also our job. We are responsible for preparing dining areas for the next shift. We clean machines and appliances in the kitchen area, such as pots, pans, mixers, and coffee makers.
