Disney is one of the best cruise where you can work, because if you want to learn they will share with you a lot of knowledge, it’s one of the best places where to make friendships, the activities for crew members are funny. Otherwise, some managers only help those of the same nationality, It could pass 7 years and you won’t get promoted, rules are not the same for everyone.

Pros and Cons
Lot of trainings, amazing friends
Managers, so difficult to get promoted, training schedules
