What does a Dispatch Supervisor do?

As Dispatch Supervisors, we are responsible for coordinating employees in a transportation company. We recruit staff, optimize workflows, and handle calls from various areas. We monitor and lead employees working at the dispatch level and handle all activities of the dispatch including hiring, training, and performance. Researching and preparing resources to develop timely and efficiently is part of our daily responsibilities. We manage development, research, and workflow. Working as Dispatch Supervisors, we manage daily installations quotas and service calls from different areas. We identify issues and convey departmental tasks for the guidance of management teams.
