About Dispatcher

What does a Dispatcher do?

As Dispatchers, we are responsible for answering a multitude of customers’ inquiries via phone and email while paying close attention to the customers’ voice, questions, and concerns in order to determine whether that is a legitimate call or just a curiosity call. We inform the customers of the contractors’ fees and schedule following the company’s protocols and guidelines before dispatching any of our assets.

  • redirect complex calls to the manager
  • document and record orders as required
