As Distribution Managers, we are responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods. We organize the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods. Organizing shipments and coordinating with drivers, vehicles, and loads is part of our daily responsibilities. We operate IT systems and manage timings, costs, and stock levels. Working as Distribution Managers, we negotiate with customers and resolve disputes. We prepare paperwork for regulatory bodies and manage staff and shifts. We also analyze data to assess performance and devise plans for improvements.
