Description
As District General Managers, we are responsible for directing the activities of managers who run units/stores in our district. We are responsible for tighter georgraphic clusters than Regional General Managers. We act as the key liaison between the headquarters and the assigned area branches. Our core duties are to enforce company practices and policies, manage operational practices, and supervise and support branch managers. We also prepare budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue. Working as District General Managers, one of our key tasks is to regularly meet managers and visit branches in our district.
