Our duties include preparing management and financial records. We are responsible for exchanging information with external and internal stakeholders. Moreover, we analyze the growth points and design strategies. As division controllers, we analyze financial reports and outline cashflows. We are responsible for making financial forecasts and creating financial strategies accordingly. Some of us also evaluate current financial performances and create statements. Moreover, we ensure that financial strategies support the business goals and objectives.
