We are responsible for analyzing various legal ownership documents such as estate documents, leases, title opinions, deeds, and pay sheets. We coordinate with revenue accountants to process prior periods of revenue adjustments. We also train new Division Order Analyst to determine ownership and revenue allocation while ensuring that new up-to-date Division Order Procedure Manuals are created. We resolve long outstanding ownership issues to clarify ownership rights for multiple owners to calm and dismiss tensions.
