The people and coworkers were fanatic, but the management and supervisors were terrible. A hospital owned by doctors only cares about doctors. Other employees are nothing but a number. Worked for salary and was forced to work overtime without compensation. You were hourly when it benefited them, and salary when it benefited them. No raises for over six years, and no chance for advancement. Because only doctors family members or friends are promoted. Every employee is looking for other jobs.

Horrible management. Not enough staff. The board runner was unfair and had favorites. Staff was unhappy. High turn over.
