As Document Specialists, we are responsible for the indexing and managing of all documents of an enterprise. Our work contributes to the accurate and timely manner workflow of our employer. We are aware of what department a document belongs to. We upload documents into an electronic database, and initiate the processing of these documents.

Core tasks:

  • open and sort electronic mail
  • determine appropriate criteria to index
  • performing data entry updates
  • processing incoming faxes
  • executing ad hoc tasks
