Develop and manage a resource library for RO staff, constituents, and users, including: internal and external user instructions/videos, task calendars, reference materials, archives, data dictionaries, a roster of key queries, reports, dashboards, and training modules
Author documentation, adhering to accessibility and security policy, and create business process workflow design
Partner with colleagues to identify and document new processes
Perform user needs analysis and gather feedback to aid in developing better training resources
Identify needs and gaps in business process and provide solutions through documentation, implementation and support
Lead user trainings
Author and send communications
Assist with outreach to departments for development projects or improvements to current systems and applications and gather business requirements for implementation
Manage related SharePoint sites
Assist with testing new versions of tools or software as needed
Update Registrar website as needed

Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The Documentation Manager reports to the Associate Registrar for Enrollment Services or Associate Registrar for Academic Planning.
