What does a Documentation Supervisor do?

Functioning as Documentation Supervisors, we are responsible for managing the documentary content in the company. We provide revisions of the designed instructions and other standards for the team members. We also lead the preparation and implementation of new tests to test the efficiency of product design and validate their work. In the role of Documentation Supervisor, we are accountable for ensuring that the departmental procedures are in accordance with the proper rules and regulations of the company. We provide recommendations for advancing the documentation goals of the company by reducing complexity and increasing simplicity. We also participate in the meetings of external committees to understand the specifications and requirements clearly.
