I used to be a Dietary aide for The Springs from 04/2020 thru 9/2020. I cater to senior citizens served beverages and coffee also served breakfast lunch or dinner and I swept and mopped the kitchen area. Also picked up the dishes and put them in the dishwasher to be washed.

Payroll is based on percentages of stores sales versus shrink u might get .05cents annually if you’re in a good market with a zero shrink rate. They really dont give any incentive to stay unless youre a manager or assistant

How many hours are most shifts & from what times to what times?

shifts shorter than 4 hours, but if someone comes in & needs to leave early or is sent home for cause, they will only be paid for the time they worked hrs can begin at 6 am for a store that opens at 8 and on average go 15 to 30 minutes past closing although variations to beginning and ending shifts will depend on business needs 🤗
