You meet lots of awesome people drivers associates are awesome to work with

Pros. Very polite people with a very confused atmosphere at most times.
Cons. Because I actually built myself on very minute training in the repairman world I suppose I came into it by luck to be able to land a job such as this with little or no training into an atmosphere of ciaos.
Answering phones, and email, and scheduling each and every employee with no consideration of the owners output.
Pros and Cons
Christmas get togethers or gift giving.
Uncontrolled atmosphere when the owners entered the scene.

Senior management is only focused on their person advancement. Employees are just numbers that can be replaced with younger lower paid people.

The people that are close to where the products are made are great.
People have been ask to do more with less far too long.
