Company doesn't do anything for employees when managers are being unfair. No structure or organization. Stay away its a waste of time.
Pay is low compared to other builders. Loads of work and not enough pay. Problem to use your sick time you worked to build.

loved working for DR Horton. until yhe market crashed in 2008 it was my favorite job ever, best bosses ever most money ever
