When they purchased the organization, they said nothing would change. The first thing was a VP of Sales left due to company silos, then the President was asked to step down. The new VP of Sales came in and played favorites with the few and destroyed or fired the rest. Then the big news it was to easy to make 100k++ a year so they lowered the commission structure and the leads were sparse because the VP gave them to the select few and the rest starved and left.

Pros and Cons
good salary if you can stay there and produce to their numbers, almost impossible to hit goals.
It's the silo baby and nothing more

Basically, it's pretty simple they put the past owner's son into a position of leadership and should have left him as a salesperson, yes he is that bad. He states over everyone that if you are not hitting the raised quota you will get low-level leads and that will lead you to starve and not make much in sales. That is a near quote. They hired a low-level trainer who talks in isms because I don't want to get sued for slander or like Trump telling the truth about him. I was hired with the intimation of being trained on the CRM programs they use, the processes, and the role-playing to succeed by the training, he was not all that and worse. Now you put the two together and you have a true disaster along with the President being fired, the original VP of Sales I was hired leaving just weeks after my hire, and then the kid's son comes in a shows how good he is without helping or uplifting. Filed a complaint, swept under the rug.

Pros and Cons
nice people, okay pay, benefits are okay
LEADERSHIP, TRAINING, BEHAVIOR OF MANAGEMENT, it's all about the sale and clients leave quickly

When I was asked to join ATI, I was told by the former Vice President of sales that there was training, but the company has no training program or coaching to help you get started. And then DrivenBrands purchased the organization, the President was asked to resign. And the Vice President of sales (the one that hired me) left ATI because he read the writing on the wall. Put the past owner's son as the VP of Sales and that was a true mistake, could not train, thought he walked on water without scaring the fish, he scared a lot of them, did not train and had a sales coach that did not work with most, only a few that sung his praises.

Pros and Cons
Pay and nice co-workers
