i worked for 2 years driving fork lifts and it was a good experience for me..The older colleagues that i met at the company were alwats eafer to help out ehenever there are difficulties.

At the time that I worked there I felt at first that the job will be a normal working environment, with regular regulations and standards, but I was so wrong with their 100% production policy made it really difficult to work knowing that if not meet the 100% you’ll get a warning till u got your third and final warning , and be fired so I so a lot of people come and go during my time of employment. Which made things worse for me knowing that I could be one of them in the near future.

Pressure working there if the high demand of work and efficiency, no work recognition

im amazed that i was fresh but had some prev exp of working as a freelancer and the company was really impressed and my interview also went really well...i was thinking they may not shortlist me for the interview as i had zero in-house exp but things are completely the opposite here...really glad
