For 8 years served as a Subject Matter Expert/Expert Witness on device failures endangering patients. This was dental professionals from CA, NY, NJ and PA suing a dental manufacturer on a defective device. Was on dental unit water system environmental biofouling of medical device leading to dangerous levels of microbial exposure to patients. Deposed multiple tiples, provided background and affidavits to the lead legal team on behalf of the plantiffs
