Dunkin' Donuts Company Reviews and Ratings
Baker
Athens, AL - December 11, 2021
I loved it there. Unfortunately for my job/shift there were only 3 people so time off/calling out was impossible and if someone did then you were alone doing it all yourself. It was a laid back atmosphere, decent pay, and you got recognition for your work.
Pros and Cons
Free doughnuts and coffee
No time off

I worked at that location for almost 6 months.
The owner and his family wasn’t nice at all. They keep showing up and each one of them has his or her own rules. Working there was very confusing. I learned some of the company’s guidelines from the manager, but the owners of this location taught me their rules and every time I say something they replied by “we do this before the inspection only”.
Pros and Cons
One free meal per shift .
Confusing rules.

This places uses people. I never knew when you were a manager that your job would be calling all day and consume your whole life. They call you on your days off to fix problems at a store that isn't yours. Never had time with my kids. Had to always be working. Go into work at 2am get done at my assigned store around 1 or 2pm. Then be called to go to another managers store and help them because my district manager could not work our systems. I had to train him in things and he was my superior. So many hours extra spent at work or on the phone teaching the newest DM how to do his job. My pay stubs said I only was paid for 40 hours but I was required to pull 50 hours as a manager. But you can ask my children they'll tell you I was never home because i was always at work. I pulled at least 80 plus hours a week. I took care of my store. Help 2 to 3 newer managers on a regular basis cause my DM couldn't do it. Oh I have so much more to say but I'm cut off at 100 words.
Pros and Cons
Realizing after 6 yrs i waited to long to be gone but I had peace after that

In Maine you can start working there at 14! It was definitely a high stress environment, but with everyone’s efforts and team work, it definitely got easier. And the pay was great for a fast food place.
Pros and Cons
Free lunch, discounted foods
If you’re not good with a fast pace environment, it’s best to choose a different option
