As Duty Managers, we are accountable for facilities, security, and customer service. We handle customer and team member issues, oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness. We also ensure that security and safety regulations are met. In addition, productivity, efficiency, and team member satisfaction improvement recommendations fall under our umbrella.
