The subsidiaries are Symphony Dynamo and Rhein Biotech GmbH. The Chief Executive Officer is Ryan Spencer. It is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing novel products to prevent and treat infectious diseases. They are dedicated to commercializing innovative vaccines that modulate the immune system to prevent disease. Dynavax Technologies was the company to introduce the Hepatitis B Vaccination called HEPLISAV-B for prevention of infection caused by all known subtypes of hepatitis B virus in adults 18 years of age and older.
