Culture and Values
This was the worst place I’ve had the misfortune of working. For example, the organization claims to care about things like hiring and supporting staff of color and yet treats them poorly. This is the most toxic and not inclusive workplace I’ve witnessed. I’d recommend not working at or donating to Earthjustice. They’re a huge organization that doesn’t spend its money efficiently anyway. Your time and/or effort is better spent elsewhere.
