East Bay College Fund and Oakland Promise have amalgamated into one combined organization named Oakland Promise. It is working for young learners and their families who exist in Oakland. OP offers educational programming, financial assets, mentorship, and a helpful community to every child to help them and their families, to look for and prosper in higher education and the profession. Its vision is to make a prosperous Oakland community without obstacles to educational opportunity. Its mission is to engage the Oakland community to enhance equity and economic mobility through the structure to college and career attainment. It is a non-profit organization listed with the State of California’s Attorney General Department of Justice. It offers job opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package.
