I enjoyed my time with EMS very much; I only left because for family reasons I needed to relocate. Collaboration was constant and everyone had a great "How can we make it happen" attitude.

Team Environment, great owners who will communicate with all levels of employees.
Not much room for promotion at most locations

The management is terrible. Upper management does NOT know what they are doing. Most employees are afraid of management. Management does not follow basic corporate rules and NO respect is shown to hard working employees. Just DO NOT waste your time at this company, more so if you are
a women. Just think the "Stepford Wives"
