Culture of lower management was not pleasant. Many used their positions to undermine and blame those in position under them. Often taking credit for things on project that were successful and placing blame on underling staff for project issues.
Pros and Cons
The owner was fair and personably, often would acknowledge his staff personally. Lunch and learns
