I was hired as a sales person for Echo. I accepted the position because I was told I could be 100% remote. This worked great for me because I planned to relocate within a year. A few months later, a company wide policy back to office policy was employed with no exceptions. In addition to that, managers watch your every and monitor your every move down to the minute and who you contact. On top of that, the commission structure keeps the money at the top. Imagine a position where you make a $1,500 rip from a sale and you only get $45 from it. I'm not exaggerating.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Great co workers & management. Awesome work atmosphere & room for growth.
