I worked here for my first year working full time as a full stack developer. They didn’t at all try and help me learn what the product was. In fact I didn’t even know what the web application we’d be developing until 4 months into my employment. There wasn’t any sort of knowledge transfer done and fully expect to throw you into work the first day. It’s a decent environment if you have years of experience, but if this is your first full time job I’d suggest going anywhere else.
