About EDI Analyst

What does an EDI Analyst do?

As EDI Analysts, we act as the technical analyst for all EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) projects. We are responsible for day-to-day EDI operations. We maintaining the existing EDI infrastructure. We lead EDI projects in terms of analysis, mapping, and monitoring activities. We develop and implement information products. We support business strategic and operational planning. We participate in the presentation to existing and prospective customers. We support processes related to the use of applicable tools that deliver business system solutions. We oversee the analysis, installation, and maintenance of support systems. We support the implementation of customer products. We are responsible for the full life cycle of Electronic Data Interchange (technical and functional).

Core tasks:

  • maintain and support electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
  • board new customers
  • perform EDI forms mapping, EDI development, and EDI unit testing
  • prepare customer/EDI forms
  • map all EDI forms, Code/Configuration development, unit testing
