Started out as a good place to work where you could increase your salary significantly in the first 6 months of work there. Then the government regulators got involved when Obama took over the education loans and then things steadily went downhill from there. I worked with good people who were doing their best to help students enter higher education to change their lives and get into a good career field. By the time I left the company, it had grown into a high-pressure enrollment environment where it was all about numbers number numbers and the company had gone from 33 dollars a share down to 8. Needless to say, the pressure to perform was immense and it felt like the company had lost its way of caring about its employees and even the students which was really a shame.

Pros and Cons
Free coffee and free soup
Very high pressure to enroll marginal students who generally had less expensive options.
