About Education Manager

What does an Education Manager do?

As Land Acquisition Analysts, we are responsible for the financial analysis of land to develop residential communities. We prepare the information into detailed accurate reports. It is our responsibility to prepare the economic base analysis. We provide key economic indicator analysis. We prepare assigned sections of the corporate approval package. Coordinating with Engineers to provide the updated land map is our duty. We utilize research tools to assist in land and market evaluations. We assist in daily land research responsibilities. Identifying new land acquisition opportunities is a part of our job. We conduct research, provide analysis, and manage land data. We support teams in analyzing land prospects.

Core tasks:

  • help the Land Acquisition Team to prepare market study data
  • analyze due diligence information for potential land assets
  • assist in developing proformas and underwriting for potential land investments
  • prepare and manage land files and databases to track land positions
  • communicate with varies departments on land positions and critical dates
