Education Pioneers, founded in 2003, is education management. It is a non-profit organization. They identify, attract, develop, and amplifies the pipeline of leaders outside the classroom, which allows teachers and students to be successful inside the classroom. The organization headquarters is present in Boston, Massachusetts. Their fellows include graduate students and early and mid-career professionals working for K-12 school districts, charter schools, and other education organizations. They work on problems regarding student data analysis, external relations, operations, human resources, strategy, and more. They have placed over 4000 leaders with education organizations across the nation since 2003. They have built a leadership pipeline for management talent that is unmatched in scale and scope. They aim to bring the capacity needed to solve education’s evolving set of challenges. Therefore, education can become a lever for equity and excellence.
