About Education Program Manager

What does an Education Program Manager do?

As Education Program Managers, we coordinate with event and education staff to develop, conceptualize, market, implement, and evaluate new strategic and operating plans for the school and public programs. We also conceptualize plans and execute guided and self-guided interdisciplinary programs for children and their families by partnering with the Senior Education staff. We are responsible for scheduling the events and manage educators and new staff to maximize their efficiency during the school trips.

Core tasks:

  • manage core groups of educators and substitutes
  • manage contracts for public performances based on the event’s cultural calendar
  • develop and implement qualitative and quantitative evaluations for each program
