In 2005, Education Resource Strategies was established. It is a non-profit organisation that collaborates closely with leaders of urban public school systems to rethink how resources are used at the district and school levels. For more than a decade, ERS has worked with leaders of urban school districts to promote strategic resource management in order to improve system and school performance.
