Convenient working alternative while visiting friends and family in Michigan. I stopped because of covid shutdown and would gladly reinstate my status.

I am not impressed with the employment. There are no benefits, no paid time off for anything, not even sick time.

Became a preferred sub first year at Hudsonville Public Schools in 2017. Was hired in 2018 as a paraprofessional soon after.

Pros and Cons
Getting to be involved in school districts
No contact with actual people from company, more of a self-hiring service
